Are you not satisfied with your product or have you, for example, ordered the wrong size? You can return your items within 14 days! We can offer you store credit, the item in a different size of a refund back to the original payment method.
Before sending out your order we will check the order one last time for authenticity and quality and we attach our own tag. Please make sure that you check your items before removing the tag! Once the tag is removed we can't accept your return!
- Contact email@example.com about your return within 14 days of the order date. If you have not notified us prior to the return, the return will not be accepted
- The products that are returned must be completely in new condition and including all extra items supplied (laces, tags, etc.). All our orders will be equipped with a Resell by Ryan tag.The returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging . Products that will not be accepted: the products are worn, the products are damaged, are unsuitable for sale, the tag is removed or are not the same as the items initially ordered.
- Shoes must be returned in a double box to prevent damage or theft. For clothing and other items, a protective bag or box must be placed around it to ensure that the returned items will arrive safely at their destination. Resell by Ryan cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to the returned product.
- Items that cannot be returned: discounted products, products obtained through our personal shopping service, gift cards, health and personal care products and downloaded software products.
- The costs for the return shipment are for the returning party!
- Upon acceptance of the return: After we have received the products, these are again checked for authenticity and quality, after which the return process can be started. The refundable amount of your returned product will be processed within 7 working days after arrival.
- If the return is rejected: You will be notified of the rejected returns within 2-4 working days. Hereby is indicated why the product has been rejected and what the next steps are!
- Items bought with our Personal Shopping Service can't be returned or refunded. We can't offer you this service because the items are bought personally for you!
